It means nothing. Just a previous update while sending u the 120 days letter.
As of now your case is "in process" - it'd take a while to effect something else. Pls hold-on!

The 2nd AORs were getting delayed lately. U might expect yours anytime soon, probably by this month end, or early Feb-11. If not, send them an email enquiry.

Thanks Qorax,
but I dont get any e-mail or letter by post that VO recieved documents, I just track my USPS parcel and I seen CHC Buffalo NY recieved it, but still NO AOR or nothing on E-case which people get update it frequently or no more request on any documents etc.

Why Buffalo CHC even still not issued 2nd AOR to me?

worried about my process.

My file submitted by me and my cousin he already in Canada 3 years ago. we never did mistake becasue my cousin have expertise to fill out forms he filled out forms for his brother and sister and all are in the canada with him last year. my points are also good , I calculate 76 points.
This process is delay or CIC website not working properly for E-case? I think they have some database link automaticaly send request to related File number? or CIC Website is just old dumped data? whats the behind website data and where its linked to get upto date data!!! we dont know I guess.....

@ Qorax , but what I expect for? directly medical without getting 2nd AOR? OR both togather ( Medical and 2nd AOR)... if its true then I'm very happy.!!! :P

U can expect only the 2nd AOR at this stage. Meds would take some time.
Qorax

Ps.: Also remember, Buffalo is slow!

Thanks you Qorax Sir,
One more doubt, lets assume right now my case is "in-process" as you wrote above, still I dont have 2nd AOR. so, this time CHC looking my Funds, Background checks , Security check?

OR

Buffalo CHC will look POF (proof of funds) and rest of documents later when they issue 2nd AOR? if yes then what means of In-Process and why slow down for my PR file. as they mentioned its fast track but I think its not as per my thinking.
Yes, if they issue 2nd AOR and do not start from bottom then I guess I will get medical or something good news later in some days!!! this is I assume I think..

Thnaks,

As I see it, your file is either yet to be worked upon, or 'eligibility checks' r done - but is pending review by your VO. And once that's done - it'd go for the 2nd AOR. Again, as I said earlier, in all probabilities, 4 months is the max time for this stage, thus having submitted your 2nd stage docs in Aug-10 end -- u should be getting your call anytime now.

Therefater, 3-4 months should fetch your Meds.

As per CIC, IN PROCESS means:

IN PROCESS

Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.
