WHAT DOES THE FBI REPORT LOOK LIKE?

Hi guys,

So my husband just received his FBI report but he just told me that he used a channeler.

He has the report but I am now reading on the board that CIC does not accept this?

Can someone please clarify and tell me what a FBI report is supposed to look like?

I would ask my huabnd to scan it and send it to me to chck but he's sleeping now (different time zones)

I've also heard CIC doesn't accept the FBI report through channellers.

The one that comes from FBI has Department of Justice and FBI on the letterhead and is signed the Biometric Services section in CJIS.

I was just reading through the board and it seems that CIC does does NOT accept this.

However, can I submit this into the application now and order the original through FBI and submit it to them later?

This way, by submitting our application now, we can have the sponsor approval done by the time the original comes in the mail.

Can that be done??????

Channeler reports definitely aren't accepted. Yes - you can go ahead and submit the application. Inlcude a letter telling CIC that the FBI report will be sent at a later date.

As long as I can hand in the application, I am fine with that.
