What does second specialty mean for Quebec skilled workers? Seniors?

Hi everyone,

on the globalvisa website with the Quebec skilled worker points breakdown there is a section below education called second specialty. What exactly does this mean? Is it a degree which is a different field to another one you have?

They've already removed this from the selection grid since they've made changes in October 2009.
