What does "queue for selection decision" mean under family class?

Guys, what does "queue for selection decision" mean? My husband got this response from his inquiry about my application. Do they mean to say that we need wait result until 19 January 2011?

Where did you get the date from? It means that it is in line to be looked at to make a decision - queue = line

Oh thank you for the response and sorry I omitted the date from the original letter, but I modified it now. It says that my medical will expire on Jan 19, 2011.

So will it mean that we not sure if the decision to be made is positive or negative?

It just means that you are in Que for a revisit to your app and once they have done this they will make a decision,it could be anything from wanting more info,or an interview or just about anything they want.If an interview is being waived and they dont need anymore info and all is good then the decision will result from that.
