what does it mean your pr card renewal from in process to complete?

hello how are you my friends?
i applied for renewal my permanent resident card that i lost
i applied on march 28th 2014 the cic in sydney recieved my application on march 31 2014 and they started my application and it was in process on april 17th 2014
when i checked my application on line today i found that my status is from in process to compete what does it mean?

Permanent Resident Card Issued

This is what I see when I click on 'Complete' status for the PR.

i think your pr card application is rejected...wait for CIC they should send you a letter of their decision or you can phone the CIC call centre and enquire about your application.
did you meet the residency requirement to renew your pr card?

given your timeline because a renewal of a pr card take way longer now a days.....there is also a possibility that it could be a system glitch,if i were you i wouldn't rely much on ecas and just wait till tuesday then phone the call centre to find out.

i just lost all of my documents (pr card- my passport of my home country- master card-sin number )when i visited my home country and i came to canada by travel document and i applied to renew my pr card lost but the problem i lost my passport of my country with stamps

i feel for you and hope you get to a better stage soon.
as for your mastercard,call the credit card company and desactivate it if you haven't done so already(tell them you lost it).
for the SIN card go to service canada and tell them you lost it,they will issue a new one.
PR card,wait for CIC decision,hopefully your application will be approved soon.
passport,i hope you have reported a loss with the police in your country as you will need this to prove to CIC that you have lost your passport which contain the stamps because you will need it when you apply for the citizenship.

The processing times for PR card is currently 93 days. I am leaning towards what canadavisa has said. I 'hope' that yours was approved BUT the timings do not match very well. Decision Made means its either an Approval or Rejection - not any additional document request.

You can wait and see what you get in the mail next 2 weeks OR if I were you I would call them on Tuesday to inquire.
