What does it mean if the organizations section contain "CEC complete files"

hi friends,
i recently received my gcms notes and there was a slight difference between first request and second request.
recent notes is showing as new association and its having the value of "CEC Complete files" under the name category.

any idea like what does it mean?? did any one notice this in their organization section under associations.

I have exactly same as your....EFFECTIVE DATE: March 18,2015....I don't know exactly.....One more thing is look like http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp.....put ontario..its give same number as ORG/ENTITY ID......

i tried to find the organization id from the list you provided but could not find any where with the id i have on my gcms notes....
not really sure whats next...
i have requested for another gcms notes and will be waiting for that to come by this month end.
any updates for you??

No Dear.....I did call to cic and they told me please any type inquire about GCMS... please send email to "ATIP-...".same email from which we get notes.......

One more thing in note"Entity type" - they didn't put my employer name , Subtype: Other
