not intermittent cohabitation adding up to one year

My partner lived with me for 4 months in the US.
I have been living with him for 6 months now without interruption. My visa was good for 4 months so I applied for an extension and have been waiting for 2 months now. Our one year on living together will be November 13th.

My question is: Does the time I have been waiting on the extension still count as living together? Or would this be a intermittent cohabitation?

Please answer! I need to know so I know whether to apply for PR soon or not.

You need to provide evidence of continuous cohabitation for twelve months.

It can be numerous addresses but both of you must have lived at each address you declare.
