I SUBMITTED COMPLETE REQ. LAST FEB 25, 2010... I CHECKED MY ECAS AND IT SAYS ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE.. WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED MEDICAL REQUEST YET... WHAT DOES IT MEAN? HELLLP.. THANKS

I fear, It can be rejection. When this status showed by your e case? Wait for any correspondence from their side? But normally it is rejection for non gather of 67 points.

Thanks

really? i saw this a month ago.. but our immigration consultant told us that we met the criteria of 67 points..in fact we have 68 points.. how did u know it may be a sign of rejection? huhuhuhu

Usually E cas status supposed to turn from received by visa office to In process which indicates ones application is eligible for processing (>=67 points) but I learnt from this forum with similar E cas status like you experienced a Rejection!!.... Its still not certain and you have to wait till any further instruction.... from CHC... sometimes E cas status updated erroneously..... So not let your hope die out

I am afraid that means rejection. You'll probably get a refusal letter sooner or later. I know it seems disappointing but it the fact to accept. It has already happened to me a few months back.

As for as consultants are concerned, they are just interested with their earnings and lure people as their potential prey and carving fantasy world beyond logic.

All the best.

If the elgibility review completes without medical, it is not a positive sign. On this forum I have seen it turing into rejection.

May be you need to speak to your consultant and figure out what may have gone wrong
