My parents got their medical request on March 6 but unfortunately checked their email end of March....got an appointment to get the medical on April 2. Will that be a problem?? Does anybody know??

It won't be. Just to be on safe side and in case physician submits results late, send the receipt given by Physician to IRCC through web form so that Visa Officer knows that medicals were done before deadline.

Thank you!! They just did the medical yesterday and my mom has a valve problem and she was asked to do an echo and ECG during the exam.Unfortunately during the echo she developed some shortness of breath and was taken to the emerge department.she is fine now but my question is will the valve problem make her unfit for permanent residence???

She will most likely be asked to complete additional medical tests to assess the seriousness of her medical condition.

If it's determined she has a serious medical condition, it's possible this could impact the PR application.

What if it's only the valve problem and nothing else...she has moderate valve stenosis. Will that still impact her PR in a negative way?

It depends on how IRCC access her medical condition - specifically what health care they believe she will required in the next 5-10 years.
