I have uploaded all the documents on required in the document checklist page. I see that there is a section named "Optional Documents" which asks for "Client Information". (I am not using a representative to upload my file)
I wanted to inquire if I could add an affidavit/government document for name alias in this section. Please note that my name in some documents are written in different orders. I have to provide a notary or official government document which states that all of these alias/names were used by me. My concern was where should I upload this file? Can this file be uploaded to "Optional Documents" which asks for "Client Information" else could anyone please help me with how to submit this document?
