Jaldi hi
I want to know what they do in medical. What kind of tests or something like that.

I just have an upfront medical exam yesterday. All the exam is following. First, I had to answer a form about my previous medical condition. Then, signed some document agree for the use of my medical exam of CIC. After that they checked my vision and blood pressure. After that I went to see a doctor, she checked my mental ability and overall health and asked again some question about history of health condition. Then I had chest X-ray, gave them my urine, and they got my blood. All is about 1 hour.

They let you wear your glasses when checking your eyes.

Or Should I avoid taking that medicine for some days near that medical exam ??

You should tell them all of your medical condition and drug you use. It does not prevent you from getting visa if your medical condition would not "endanger the health or safety of the Canadian population at large; or
their admission might not cause excessive demand on existing social or health services provided by the government", such as: AIDS, syphilis, tuberculosis,...
