I paid online and i'm from outside of Canada, i realised after payment but before sending my application that this is a wrong payment method and that all those who did got there file back.
So i sent my application along with the recipt and form 5620 for CC payment.
yesterday i got ONLY a letter with a refund form and it stated that my application already contained form 5629 so i don't need to pay online.
so do you think they will charge my cc and accept my application or send it back? cause form what i read the people who had their files returned had the refund form with it. so maybe since the refund form cam eon it's own my file will be accepted?
