What do we mean by certified for true copies

I am from India, please advise how shall I get certified true copies for education and legality of my experience.

True copy means the TRUE PHOTOCOPY of the document ( DOES NOT MEAN THE DOCUMENT YOU MAKE PHOTOCOPY OF IS LEGIT)
Only means it is the true copy of the specific document maybe the document is legit , maybe not but

you are from India, just take it to any attorney/paralegal office/district court etc , anyone can notarize such documents , no big deal in India
