What do PR TRACKER updates mean ?

Hi everyone, based on your experience, what does it mean when it shows that the PR tracker was updated but there isn't any new information added on the page. I'm talking about the update on the top right corner where it says:

"Updated: ....
Last logged in: ...."

I'm constantly seeing that there has been an update but there's no additional information on the page. Is it just a glitch or is it something positive ?

Since early February or so it updates everyday for everyone.
It just indicates that something fetched the data. this happens at 7 am every day. so most likely it's some system that fetches the information. Hopefully they will fix it some day...
for now just ignore it as it means nothing.
