What do IRCC checks in regards to NOC code

Hi guys,
I want to know what IRCC checks regarding NOC code. Im applying under FSW and my employer gave a letter briefly describing my roles and responsibilities but not in detail. Will that be a problem. At what stage they will check this one (for ex: ip1 /ip2 etc).

90 % of job responsibilities in your employer letter should match with the responsibilities list under NOC code you mentioned ...
