What do I do to meet my online date in Canada

I met a wonderful lady online, same age with me and very loving.I have plans to travel to Canada by January 2013 to visit her so we can get married and start a family.My question is this:

What avenues can I utilize to ensure that I have an advantaged visa process.

I am thinking of applying to attend a conference in Canada and then using the chance to hook up with her...

Can this work...pls guys, I love this lady and I need your help here

It's very odd you make sure to tell us she's your age. Also, generally people in genuine relationships don't 'hook up,' they date.

Try living together legally before you're married. That will help the visa process.
