I applied for EE program with my family of 4 . the issue is that I am HIV positive while my husband and kids are negative. we have done medicals since January 2020 and it is still showing medical assessment in progress. my GCMS note is showing 'has a condition which might reasonably be expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services to such extent that the applicant is inadmissible under section 38(1)(c)'
what do I do?

You wait. Have you received a procedural fairness letter? Panel physician will determine if your prognosis will exceed the demands on the health care system by reviewing your health over the long term. Most people with HIV are approved as drugs aren’t covered by the health care system and are paid out of pocket or through work insurance.

Hi Ogechi, I’m in the same shoes as you at the moment, was your application successful? What stage are you in now?
