CIC has published a nice 1) Guideline 2) Checklist for that. The only addition that I can recall are your Employment/Work documents: NOA, T4s, letter from employer. Medical Statements (appointments) with the doctors from your Provincial Health Ministry.

Thank you so much buddy !

The list is really helpful for all future applicants.I do have a question for you .For the Govt. issued IDs I am going to submit my driving licence and PR card copy ,however another copy of PR card is required as a default accompanying document with the application ,so what would you recommend should I submit 2 copies of PR card or submit my AB health card (which does not bear my photo)as the second ID .

All the best to you for your application :)

I do have a friend that will be sending RCMP criminal record paper and translated visa/stamps to English in advance.

DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN AND PUT YOUR NAME ON THE PICTURES.

:) hey informatics , application form cit 0002 says on page 11 under point 5 , that both pieces of ids should show your name name and date of birth , one of which must have your photo on it,
examples includes
a canadian drivers licence
a canadian health insurance card
a copy of the biological pGe of your passport ,

I am also sending them my health card since you need two ids and one has tobe a picture id , so thsre is no harm in sending yiur health card , thanks

Hi ns boy , :), can you kindly let me know how to get those criminal records , cheers

Hi , do we really need to send all these docs. As per my knowledge since May 2014 CIC advises you not to send the RCMP report if you are authorizing them to get one themselves .Secondly the translated visa stamps and boarding passes will be required but only at the time of interview/test .

Please correct me if I am wrong .

thanks
