Hello all,

I'm still preparing the PRV ourside Canada, especially my husband's part. I'd like to ask for some advice of my husband's part, what details should be included for the letter showing his re-establishment in Canada? We plan to live in his parent's house until we find the house that we want to settle in. He doesn't have his company office where his parents's house is located in Ontario but we want to live in BC where his new assignment would be New Foundland, Alberta or Nova Scotia.

Our case is my husband's been working outside sponsored by his company for 5 years, and it's time for us to return to Canada. He now has got the two company letters; the first letter is from HR stating how long he has been employed outside Canada and the current location, including the tax payment paid outside Canada and done by the company. Another letter stating from his direct manager, when he will be in Canada, which will be effective in Jan 2011 but the company cannot give him which exact location he will be in Canada as the company wants to see his performance and arrange his transfer in December 2010 after the decision will be finalised/made at that time.

Thus, would you please advise what details should be included on the letter showing his re-establishment in Canada as we can't put any exact date as well as any exact location in Canada where/when to settle in yet. I would be happy if you could give me any of more details what should be put on the letter, so that we will not miss any points.

I highly appreciate your assistance.

You need to clarify......Is your husband a Canadian citizen if so he does not need to prove anything to come home,If your not a Canadian or a PR then you just cant come with him he needs to sponsor you,or visa versa, were not sure who is the canadian and who is being sponsored.
If he is the Canadian coming back and you are trying to get the PR you cant just come with him .
So its kinda confusing, were you both here before or he wants to come back and sponsor you or is it you are the canadian and he wants to come bac?????

He's Canadian, who is sponsoring me to come to Canada. After marriage, we have been living outside Canada for many years, and that's why he needs to prove his intention of re-establishment to return to Canada. Would you please tell me what details should be included in this letter, according to our case?

Thank you
