what date do CIC consider the english exam to be expired? is it on the 2nd year anniversary date the EXAM was TAKEN? or do CIC base it on the 2nd anniversary date of the TEST RESULT FORM?

ex: date of the exam - Dec 9, 2012 - 2nd yr (dec 9, 2014)
