I sent my application in March 23 2010, they started processing it June 8 2010, got CSQ Dec 2010, got 1st stage approval Jan13 2011, applied for work permit Jan 20 2011. I am eager waiting news, as for a RAMQ a person cannot get one until you have been granted Permanent Residency as per my Lawyer and agent at RAMQ office.( ALthough I was told by CIC call centre agent that I could get one after 1st stage approval). If anyone has gotten a card with CSQ, please let me know what the procedures are.
