What comes first...Workpermit or MyCIC account update

Hi,

I have applied my PGWP on 11th March, i am wondering. What occurs first, you receive work permit by mail first or a status update on your MYCIC account?

I think you'll get update from my CIC account first. Your application should be processed already as I think they have it as they are currently working on March 13, 2015 application as of May 29, 2015.

Initially i thought the same, but my application status is still open even i have submitted my 100$ extra fee on May 24th. I called CIC and the agent told that you should expect your work permit by end of this month, which is ridiculous. I have no idea , how to deal with this situation, their website is showing that they are working on applications submitted on 13th March when mine was submitted on 11th.But my status is still the same "OPEN".
Can anyone give me suggestion on what to do now?
