What category would I fit in for EE (if any)

Hi everyone,
I'm in Canada on a PG work permit and I've been here for 7 years. Prior to coming to Canada, I worked at my mom's pharmacy back home as a book keeper for 1 year. I was 16 at the time. Would I qualify for EE? I currently have a skilled job, bit it's not up to 1 year of work and I can't wait because my PGWP expires soon. Would appreciate all the help I can get on this thanks.

You wouldn't qualify for FSW because that requires a minimum of 1 year continuous skilled work experience.

Just out of curiosity what is CIC's definition of continuous because I did work for one year back home
