What can be done if iam pregnant and need to do the ircc medical exam?

Can we postpone the medical exam as it needs xray investigation too. Do we need to inform ircc of the pregnancy or after child birth? What should i do?

Complete the medical apart from the xray and inform IRCC you are pregnant. Once you give birth, complete the xray.

So, if i inform ircc that iam pregnant, will they wait till i give birth, as the medical can only be done after i give birth. Also, how to inform ircc and what to mention to them?
