We have received Passport request for FSW (Express Entry) for me and my wife. We reside in the USA. We hold Indian passport.

1. Our Medical exam has passed but expired this last June. What will we get COPR or PR?

2. What is the time limit for us to land in Canada after we receive our COPR/PR? Will there be a need to retake our medical exam given our medical exam has already expired last June.

Since ur medical is expired , IRCC or Concerned Visa office will send you ( for all) IME form to take medical again which is one year validity...

Accordingly they stamp ( visa) , with 1 year time span.Hope that i answered.

ur COPR or VISA time line is completely depends on Medical test expiry date. In ur case they have to request to for new medical test again.
