Hi im in canada and PR. My boyfriend is in philippines, we have a baby and she was born here,shes 4 months old but her last name is my last name not her dads . im going back to philippines nextyear to marry my boyfriend and comeback to process his papers..is it possible na ma approve ung spouse visa? Masyado po bang early?

AM sure if u had written all in english , u would have gotten one or two replies by now.

If u say Spouse Visa - depends on what ur thinking of. PR or just a VISA to come visit or stay for a while.
