What are the refusal reasons/criteria for a post graduate work permit?

Hello All,

I completed a 1 year diploma course from a designated institution (Fleming College) on August 10th 2018. I applied for my work permit on Nov 11th 2018 with all the required documents including the transcript. What are the refusal reasons which I could face, if by any chance? Will there be any possible reasons?

Refusal reasons are generally the following:
- Not submitting a complete application with all fees.
- Not applying while you still hold a valid study permit.
- Not applying within 90 days of receiving your final marks or receiving confirmation you have met the requirements of the program to graduate
- Being a part time student for more than one semester or in one semester that is not your final semester of study
