I am helping a friend. He qualifies as a interior designer for Federal Skilled worker-2014. If I am not wrong, this category does not require any job offers.
Any members can pls guide if there are any other similar categories (Provinecial nominee) which are open which does not require Job Offers and can be considered while staying outside Canada. If somebody can direct, I can do more research.
