I have been studying and living in Canada for more than 4 years, and have just received my Ontario PNP certificate - Masters graduate stream. What are the chances of someone like me receiving PR status? The nominee letter mentions that the certificate expedites the PR application process. Nominees' applications being processed faster is all PNP certificate does, or does it improve nominees' chances of getting PR?
Has anybody's PR application with PNP certificate got rejected ever?
