Check if your job duties fall under NOC 0114 (Other administrative services managers). If yes, you've good chances of getting an invite from Ontario under
targeted occupations for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream.

On February 22, 2022, The OINP targeted candidates with a CRS between 455 and 600 and work experience in selected NOC codes, NOC 0114 was one of them.
