I have applied for pr under sinp as a non express entry. It’s already been 14 months and there is not any response after my medical received by them. My medical is also expired in September, 2017. The employer who has sponsored me also sold his business this year. The nomination certificate is also expired because it was only for 6 months. I sent my file in September, 2016, it started processing in December, 2016, in July,207 they confirmed About my medical have been received now I am worried now about my pr application. Please suggest me what to do next ?
What are steps are your processing time finished for permanent residency of 16 months ?

Relax, I sent my file in June 2016, till date only response was ADR. Waiting for medical.. now 17months running...
Don't think u should worry since your application is with ircc already.. They expect also there can be change in situations, hence they would have to ask you for additional documents.

Thank you so much for reply brother. But why they take more time then the processing time of 16 months as per their portal and guidelines. They charges good amount for visa fees and pr fees as well. I really not able to understand their functionality. Please reply as I am not also clear at your point of view in your last paragraph.

The 16 months is just an average it would take an application to be completed.. sure along the line they would ask u for additional docs....
