I want to go to Centennial but the cost of 1 year of a three year adv. Diploma is too much for my budget. I tried applying to their grad Cert. 1 yr. programme but I did not get in however I got into their 3 yr adv. Diploma programme. The thing is, it's too costly so I'm trying to find out if there are any schools / unis/ colleges with tuition under 10,000 for Business undergrad cert. / diplomas. I'm looking to apply for a study permit so the couse would need to be full time.

EDIT they also offer a 1 yr Foundation course which is the same cost but it only lasts one year so i get to graduate sooner however can I get a study permit for their 1 yr full time Business Foundations course

As an international student, you've probably already found that all of Canada's tuition is very expensive, though not nearly as expensive as US institutions. Seeking out a college by tuition prices is probably not a good idea for you - especially since what it seems you're looking for is the work permit after the study permit. A visa officer will also deduce this from your application.

A 1-year foundations course isn't actually a business program - it's basic education that gives you the skills you need to succeed in a business program. Think of it as basic education to prepare you to continue on in a business diploma.

When you apply for a study permit, you need to apply for a program that makes sense for you, your experience, and your future plans. Your future plans cannot be PGWP and PR. Your future plans need to be focused on your employability in your home country.
