What are my options if my proof of funds aren't in the bank for 6 months

I have a USD bank account which is about 2 years old and has half the amount of POF required. I opened a new account in INR currency recently and plan to deposit cash which my parents have given. What are my options?

a person who is saving funds need to show 6 months average fund bank statement. But, It is not a necessary that you must show 6 months, only if you are able to show the source of your fund. CIC wants, in your case, you to get a gift deed from your parents, else this fund wont be acceptable. In short, you will have to prove that these fund belongs to you, not borrowed.
