Hi , im 25 years old and currently planning to apply for student visa canada. But things are bit complicated.

Graduated in 2007 (B.com).Worked as book keeper till 2009.Got NZ study visa refused (dnt remember the reason) in 2009 but got AU study visa for 2 years.Things didnt turned out well so i returned to india in sept 2010 without finishing my studies.Got the same old job back , now i want to go to canada on study visa. Now some consultants say i will get visa no problrm , some say i wont cause i didnt finish my studies in AU and some say i should get a new passport and totally hide that i ever went to AU.What should i do , should i apply or not? IELTS score : 7

Remember that Canada never consider ur file if he found any complication, here the problem is that u could not completed ur study in Australia. Therefore, u have to write many words to describe ur problem in Australia and strong reason that cause to back to India. Secondly, u have to describe ur refusal of NZ as well. These arguments cause of complication. Follow the following steps

1. Get the admission in Canada College or Uni
2. Bank statement that should be ( ur fees*2 = Bank statement amount)
3. If possible, hide NZ refusal and AU visit by ur job experience.
4. Show tie and apply.

So i should get new passport and hide all the period between 2007 till now with job experience?
Wat if they fond out?

If they found out, then you will be banned for at least 2 years

Be positive . .

Show what you have and try to cover it with some valid reasons why you left AU?

My consultant say that no matter wat i say to explain them they are not going to believe me and will reduce my chances of getting the visa drastically. So its better to hide everything. But Do they check background of every applicant?

Hi,

1. Yes, they do check background with the help of passport number OR name + date of birth.
2. Your chances for visa are very slim because of incomplete studies in Australia.

You can attach a explanation letter why you return from AU, You were in AU for study, and for whatever reason you did not complete it and went back to India. This is normal, you have not done any crime, If you have over stayed in AU without study, then you should be worried. Even If I come to canada for study and left without completing it, and again apply for same visa, it will be fine, because I have followed all the rules and I am not in fault.

I would suggest, do not hide anything. This will create problems in future, when you will apply for PR.

Thanks for ur replies guys.None of the big companies in my region(punjab and chandigarh) are willing to take my case. After assesing my case they always say NO.

showing that you come back becoze of very serious illness and attach strong medical file.....
