Hi All,
I applied PR last year september,2012 . We are in a common-law relationship.
CIC got back to us twice once in March and then in May for more proofs.
And we sent them plenty of them, in March they asked for more documents that prove our relationship and we sent NOA and other stuff
and n May they asked for proofs for our relationship1year before we stated we were in common law and we did not have bills or anything but sent about 10 declarations from friends family and restaurants where we used to go a lot. Its august now and will be a year next month.
I am just wondering what the chances that CIC will transfer our file to local office . Can people who applied under common-law during same span of time share their experiences?
