What are my chances - Please comment - URGENT

Hi Guys,

Could you please assess, I am confused after several test assessment for 67 points:

I have already got initial AOR based on my original application and now I am sending my full application to london office.

education: BCOM Part Time Degree (Marksheets and Degree and No transcript)
Married - Education points only for me as wife doesn't have degree certificates
Experience: Over 17 years as IT manager and senior (7 years+ as Head of IT in current Job)
IELTS Listening 7, Reading 6, Speaking 6.5, Writing 7.5 - overall 7
PCC - Yes from Dubai, will apply for India shortly
Age: 38

Any comments is highly appreciated guys.

Married - Education points only for me as wife doesn't have degree certificates - if no education, then 0, you need to specify her highest level of studies
Experience: Over 17 years as IT manager and senior (7 years+ as Head of IT in current Job) -21
IELTS Listening 7, Reading 6, Speaking 6.5, Writing 7.5 - overall 7 - (2+2+4+4 = 12)
PCC - Yes from Dubai, will apply for India shortly
Age: 38 -10
Any comments is highly appreciated guys.

20+21+10+12 = 63

Dear Friend

As u have mentioned that u have completed ur B.Com and experience in IT. I guess u must be thinking to apply under NOC 0213 but the basic requirement is that u must have minimum bachelor in IT.

So as per my view u are not eligible.

B.Com is bachelor degree so that shouldn't be a problem. You should retake IELTS and score 7.5 in listening and 6.5 or higher in all other modules. Then you 'll get 16 points for english and will have 67 total marks. Also if you have some relative in Canada you can get 5 additional marks.

Yes please retake IELTS soon.

Since you have got Initial AOR then B.COm shouldn't be a problem....but its sole descretion of the VO at the CHC, so lets keep the fingers crossed.

Thank you guys for your comments.

Unfortunately I am running out of time, I must courier the documents by the end of this month and I checked with IELTS centres they don't have any available dates.

Is there a possibility that I send all the other documents except IETLS test exam result and attached an enrollment receipt stating result will follow?

Or what if I sent the current documents which gives me 63 points and hope for the magic?

Dear chouhans

I think it will be very roisky to sail through looking at current point situation. Best bet would be to try IELTS.

You may attach an enrollment receipt and tell the CHC that IELTS will follow

Thats a good idea but what happens if in the next test i get even more lesser marks ?

I just checked with local IELTS test centre, they have date for 17th April result so I guess i will send the application and will attach the receipt and result can follow later. I hope they will accept although they said all documents MUST ARRIVE IN SINGLE PACKAGE!!!
