Hello friends...

my friend have 66% marks in 10th,56 in +2(nm) and 68% in bsc computer science.

what are his chances of success if he applies for student visa in canada?

thanks in advance.
bye take care.

First he has to secure admission in University or college. If he succeeds to do that he has chances of success for Visa but better chances if he has admission for University. And also it depends on overall application package, Course matching, home ties.

thanks for your reply sir...
and what are the chances if someone has don B.A instead of b.tech.
does it matter
?

nye take care.

NO!
B.A or B.com doesn't matter :)
but make sure that the course u select in Canada should be related to it, may be like management courses. But dont choose technician or technological courses or else the visa officer say that the course of study doesn't match ur previous qualification so this can be a problem for u.

I agree with Anil.

thanks for your reply sir...
and he had dropped 1 year 2009 and continued studying in 2010 will that effect the chances of visa?

bye take care.

One year gap is no problem.
