What actually dose bearing original signatures mean?

Hi everyone, I need help. I tried to apply for study permit. I have already submit all documents including IMM5646 which was notarised. Then few weeks later, I was just asked from IRCC to submit documents (IMM5646) again with bearing original signatures. What dose "bearing original signatures" mean actually. Because, I have already submitted them. I printed out the form IMM5646 then my parent signed, then scan and sent to them already. But they have still asked me to sent them IMM5646 again with bearing original signatures. Furthermore, the letter also mention that "When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable". What do they want actually? Please anyone understand that, help me please. What do they actually want?
