I am an international student, have done 1 year post secondary program from Ontario, now i am applying for post graduate work permit, if i will apply a job in Manitoba, is it compulsory to get job in your own filed to apply for the PNP.

Hi,
As per current rules, It can be ANY full time job. Dot that for 6 months, and then apply for PNP.

Eligibility details

The goal of the Strategic Initiative is to help grads find full-time work in Manitoba related to their field of study. Therefore, the Strategic Initiative is not for grads who intend to return to post-secondary schools full-time in the coming year.
