Would suggest to use the WES equivalence tool to check if they show a Master's equivalence first.

There are other agencies like CES and IQAS who provide ECA.

Just doing a search "PTU ECA" provides extensive search results in this topic.
For MBA, it is better to get it done from IQAS or other organization since WES provides Master equivalence for MBA only from IIIMs.

Hello, did anyone evaluate a PhD with WES, what did you do with the transcript since a lot of PhD programs do not have credit courses and are acquired based on publications and PhD Thesis presentation. Thank you
