If I want to use the Provincial program, I will use my work experience back home to get score for.
I have a MAster's degree from Canada. But as I want to use my work experience back home, should Ido the evaluation credential (WES) for my Master's degree back home?
Or I can use my Master's degree in Canada as my last degree?

Your masters in Canada is your highest degree so no ECA needed.

You can send both and see if WES will evaluate both. What PNP program are you applying for?
