I have applied for the credential assessment to WES. After receiving my documents, WES authority changed my status that "waiting for verification from Institution". Later i contact to my university to deposit the required fees for that. But university officials said that they did not receive any attachments in the WES mail. So they could not process it. They replied to WES to send the mail again with docs attached. Later i also communicate with WES about the issue. An auto reply sent to my inbox that they transferred my request to the relevant department. Unfortunately 12 days already passed, but neither my university nor me get any update mail from WES. What should i do now? please guide if any one face similar kind of problem...

what is the content written in the email your University has received? you have a copy of the email? share it here..

go to WES thread, there is a post which carries contact details of Regional managers of WES, contact them & explain your problem, one of them might help!!
