Hi just want to ask if anyone has experience this with WES, i just submitted my credential to WES. Now, I received the first update. My diploma has been received. I also submitted my birthcert to correct the spelling of my middle name in my application, coz I've done a typographical error while completing the application online. I also submitted my marriage cert to prove that I have changed my name. However, under Other Document field,
birth certificate and marriage certificate status are "not received".
Does anyone experience this before? Does it mean, I need to resubmit. Please advise. Thanks
