WES YET TO CONFIRM IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY DOCUMENT

I am just at the starting point of the immigration process. I sent my university degree document through DHL to WES since 31st March, 2020 but up till this very moment, my status is still on hold. I sent a mail to WES but they didn't reply. I don't know if this is as a result of the outbreak of corona virus around the world. I really don't know what to do right now. My status has to change so that I can continue with the process.
Any help?

For me concerning your problem, you just have to wait. I've done the same thing and i have receive my documents from WES many months after so just be patient
