dear all,
is it necessary to get yur credentials accredited???? i came to know that accredition helps in getting job ( even survival job) in canada as employers can know equivalence of foreign degrees as per canada standard it can also helps if one wants to do further studies.

when is the right time to start (before or after landing ) the process of accredition and whether WES is the right agency for credentials accredition ????

seniors plsss suggest

hai :)
recognation of ones credentials is an important step.it all depends upon ur qualification whether it is regulated in canada or not,and where one wants to stay.i am sending u site, go and search. ;D

dear mr dynamo,
thanx a lot, the site helped me a lot , my conclusion are as follows, my profession falls undr regulated so prior assesment may speed up the process of licensing ,
even if profession is non-regulated it is better if credentials are accredited ,
once again thanks
regards,
benjamin

Which province are you going to? Which type of job are you thinking of doing. Credentials assessment depends on the organization that grants you the license for your regulated job. Its more important that you check with your organization for criteria for accreditation.

As well, see this site (it links to the CICIC site):
