In case college is not listed in WES list, what shall be done? Will WES verify marksheets still?
I observed even the major engineering colleges like IIT Delhi are not there in the list.

You should start by creating an account in WES Canada. While inputting info about your credentials, a dropdown will list all the Universities. If you don't find yours there, try some other institute, barring IQAS (about 5.5 to 6 months till reports are received).

My wife had her ECA validated by IQAS..They do take time in comparison to WES but for us it was about 2.5 months.

That would have been about 2 years ago.

Well then...Looks like even IQAS has slowed down quiet a bit...Maybe a lot more cases have started to being processed there.
