I am a prospective immigrant on the FSWP. I initiated the process of credential evaluation and got in touch with someone in my university to send the transcripts directly to WES as per their requirements, I had to do that because I live in a separate city from where my University is situated and I work full time o I could not take the time off to do it myself. I just got a mail last week that my transcript and by extension all other documents sent for verification are fake and WES discontinued the assessment process and banned me from using their service. They also said they had notified IRCC. I was shocked at this mail as I did not submit fake documents, I commenced investigation and realized that the university staff who I paid to process my transcript and send to WES did not pay the school hence there was no formal record that my transcript was sent from the school. When my school got a document verification request from WES, they simply responded in truth by saying the documents sent by wes for verification to them did not emanate from them.
My dilemma is this, all my documents are genuine, I was only a victim of a rogue school staff who decided not to pay the school for the transcript and found a backdoor way to send it. The documents submitted to WES is exactly same as the one in my school records.
Is there any way I can resolve this with WES and IRCC so that I can continue the FSWP immigration process.
Does this mean my immigration hopes have been dashed. Can I make a representation to WES since my documents are genuine and if I processed my transcripts myself, there will be no issue arising.
I will appreciate your help and feedback and what can be done to salvage the situation.
