I am new here and need your advice regarding the transcript.
First is that i have done my 10th then 12th and then diploma and then engineering. So both in diploma and engineering, it was lateral entry for me.
I applied for Transcript in Both Diploma (DOTE) and Engineering (Anna University).
For Diploma: I submitted the below documents to DOTE
1. WES Academic Records Request Form (Attested from my college)
2. Diploma Marksheets (2 copies out of which one copy was attested from college)
3. Diploma Certificate (2 copies out of which one copy was attested from College)
4. Letter to "The Chairman, Board of Examinations,Chennai-600025"
I submitted the above documents to DOTE and after one week i received a registered post with the transcript documents sealed in a A4 cover (which was placed inside a A3 Envelope). I did not have a WES reference number as i have not paid for it and hence i couldn't write that in my WES Academic Records Request Form and also i didn't sign the Applicant Signature or add a date. So is that OK if i send it to WES mentioning the above in a separate letter ?
I am quite confused as WES requires the document sealed and opening & adding the missing details would tamper. Kindly provide your expert advice.
Psst: I am yet to receive my Anna University Transcript but hope it comes in a unsealed envelope.
