In 2017 I had WES verify my BA degree, and after finishing my MA degree last month, have asked for my account to be updated with a new credential.
I have not yet sent my documents to WES to have my MA verified, but the status says "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)." - is this normal for an updated profile?
