How long does it take for wes results to appear? It has been 20 working days and yet no results.

I gave them a call today and got to know that the 20 business days starts ticking from the day the status changed to "Evaluation in Progress"
Its been 10 business days for me since the status got changed to 'Evaluation in Progress'
